Beverage filling machinery can be divided into atmospheric pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine.

1. Vacuum filling machine

The bottle is filled at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine has simple structure and high efficiency, and can be used in a wide range of viscosity of materials, such as oil, syrup, fruit wine, etc.

2. Atmospheric filling machine

It is filled by the self weight of liquid under atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine can be divided into two kinds: regular filling and constant volume filling. It is only suitable for filling liquid with low viscosity and no gas, such as milk and wine.

3. Pressure filling machine

It can be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is called equal pressure filling; the other is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.

The process of filling bottles for various drinks is basically similar. However, due to the different nature of the beverage, the filling machine and capping machine used are also different. Such as beer filling line in addition to the selection of suitable filling and capping machine, but also add a sterilization machine. According to the different cover shape used, the capping machine is selected according to its type.

Boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on pallets and sent by conveyor belts to the pallet unloader. Pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the unloader together with the conveyor belt. The empty bottle was taken out of the box. The empty boxes are sent to the washing machine by conveyor belt, cleaned and then transported to the packaging machine to put the bottles containing drinks in. The empty bottles taken out by the bottle unloader are sent to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After passing the inspection of the experience bottle machine, it will enter the carton filling machine and capping machine. Drinks are bottled mechanically. The bottles filled with drinks are sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, the bottles are sent to the packaging machine for packaging, then to the stacker for stacking, and then to the warehouse.
