(1) The body of this machine is made of stainless steel. Please do not use sharp and hard tools to scrape the surface?

(2) Use alcohol to wipe the surface stains.

(3) The cylinder has been lubricated before delivery. Please do not disassemble the cylinder or add any lubricating oil.

(4) The cylinder, stainless steel three-way and three-way steering valve of the machine can be removed and cleaned easily.

(5) The worn sealing ring should be replaced in time.

Cleaning of filling machine equipment: before cleaning the filling machine, the remaining products in the floor should be cleaned up, and then the barrel should be filled with soft cleaning liquid. Warm water is recommended. Soap water, alcohol or other cleaning solution can be used if necessary. When cleaning, make sure that the XY ring is in good condition. Turn on the machine and let it fill in circles until it is clean. This cleaning is relatively simple and can be used in the case of low requirements. In case of higher requirements, all parts contacting with materials should be cleaned, including piston cylinder, piston head, my ring, steering valve, filling head, barrel, hopper, etc. When cleaning all sealing rings, it should include my ring of piston and plane sealing ring of valve, and replace the broken and damaged sealing rings.
