Inaccurate filling or discharge of liquid filling machine:

1. Whether the speed throttle valve and the refueling interval throttle valve are closed or not, they can not be closed;

2. Is there any foreign matter in the quick assembly three-way control valve? If so, please resolve. Is there air in the quick installed three-way control valve and filling pipe? If there is air, remove as little air as possible;

3. Check whether the sealing ring is completely damaged. If it is damaged, please replace it with a new one;

4. Check whether the spool of the filling nozzle is blocked or the opening is delayed. If blockage occurs, install from the beginning. If the opening is delayed, the throttle of the thin-walled cylinder needs to be adjusted.

5. The spring force of spiral spring of quick installed three-way control valve is tightened up and down, and the check valve cannot be opened when the spring force is too large;

6. Is the filling speed too fast? Adjust the inflation speed throttle to reduce the inflation speed;

7. Whether all clips and hose buckles can be sealed well; if so, please correct them;

8. The electromagnetic switch is not loose, please adjust the quantity and lock it.

Liquid filling machine dripping:

At the end of use and after shutdown, the liquid filling machine has the problem of material leakage. When this happens, priority should be given to check whether the discharge outlet is damaged. If it is damaged, we will immediately discharge the discharge outlet and take it down to observe the damage degree. If the damage is small, we can continue to use it after proper maintenance. If the damage is more serious, we can consider replacing the outlet with a new one.

Unable to start liquid filling machine:

When this happens, first check whether there is a problem with the power supply and voltage. If there is no problem with these components, it is necessary to check whether the fuse is normal. If the position is normal, it may be that the communication line between the touch screen and PLC is not connected or loose.
