Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the notice on carrying out the 2016 special action of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, requiring the industry and information system to conscientiously implement the implementation plan of 2016 special action of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration. The scheme proposes to comprehensively start the intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing industry, and carry out pilot demonstration of five new intelligent manufacturing modes, namely, discrete intelligent manufacturing, process intelligent manufacturing, network collaborative manufacturing, large-scale personalized customization and remote operation and maintenance service.
According to the implementation plan, 2016 will continue to adhere to the policy of "based on national conditions, overall planning, classified implementation and step-by-step implementation", further expand the coverage of industries and regions, continue to focus on giving play to the enthusiasm of enterprises, pay attention to the continuous growth of intelligence, pay attention to the safety and controllability of key technology equipment, and pay attention to the cultivation of foundation and environment, and gradually explore and practice effective experience and mode, After being enriched and matured, it will be promoted in all fields of manufacturing industry.
The main goal of the implementation plan is to select more than 60 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects in the enterprises that meet the standards of the integration of informatization and industrialization management system in 2016, in key areas and industries with conditions and foundations, especially the demonstration bases of new industrialization industries. Through the pilot demonstration, we will further improve the five key technical equipment of high-end CNC machine tools and industrial robots, additive manufacturing equipment, intelligent sensing and control equipment, intelligent detection and assembly equipment, intelligent logistics and storage equipment, and industrial Internet innovation ability, so as to form a batch of intelligent manufacturing standards in key fields, and constantly form and promote new intelligent manufacturing mode. Through 2-3 years of continuous improvement, the pilot demonstration project of intelligent workshop / factory can reduce the operation cost by 20%, shorten the product development cycle by 20%, improve the production efficiency by 20%, reduce the defective product rate by 10%, and increase the energy utilization rate by 10%.
From the perspective of the key work and schedule determined in the implementation plan, from February to March this year, we will investigate and prepare the elements and conditions of 2016 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration project; by the end of June, we will determine more than 60 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects; from February to December, we will start and organize the implementation of intelligent transformation in key areas and promote the industrial Internet industry. In addition, it is also necessary to carry out the construction of intelligent manufacturing standard system, the construction of intelligent manufacturing network security guarantee capacity, the exchange and promotion of intelligent manufacturing experience, and the centralized display of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects.
